These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Shuishun Department Store, Dangshan County (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing all PS graphic design, AI‑generated design, 3D modeling, social media content creation, branding, and custom visual services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full.
 

1. Service Scope

 
Shuishun Department Store, Dangshan County provides custom creative design services including posters, social media visuals, product design, 3D rendering, AI art, brand identity, and marketing materials. All work is completed according to client‑provided requirements, reference materials, and agreed‑upon project timelines.
 

2. Client Responsibilities

 
You agree to provide accurate, legal, and copyright‑safe reference materials, text, images, and brand assets. You are solely responsible for confirming that all content you submit does not violate third‑party copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. You must provide timely feedback on drafts to avoid project delays for Shuishun Department Store, Dangshan County.
 

3. Payment & Delivery

 
All service fees must be paid in advance or per agreed‑upon milestones to Shuishun Department Store, Dangshan County. Once payment is confirmed, we begin project work. Final deliverables (high‑resolution images, source files, 3D files, social media assets) will be delivered via secure digital download links. Physical goods are not included in our services.
 

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

5. Revisions & Modifications
