Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all graphic design, AI design, 3D modeling, social media content creation, and custom visual services provided by Shuishun Department Store, Dangshan County. Due to the custom‑made, one‑of‑a‑kind nature of creative design work, refund eligibility is defined strictly below.
 

1. Eligible Refund Conditions

 
Full refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:
 
  • Payment has been completed to Shuishun Department Store, Dangshan County, but no design work has started and no drafts have been delivered
  • We fail to deliver the agreed‑upon service due to technical errors or team‑side failures, with no feasible alternative solution
  • Duplicate payment caused by payment‑gateway processing errors
 

2. Partial Refund Conditions

 
If design work has started but no final deliverable is approved:
 
  • Within 48 hours of initial draft delivery: 70% refund (minus 10% processing fee for time and labor invested by Shuishun Department Store, Dangshan County)
  • After 48 hours of draft delivery: No partial refunds will be provided
 

3. Non‑Refundable Situations

 
No refunds will be issued if:
 
  • Drafts, previews, or final files have been delivered and approved by the client
  • The client changes personal preferences, cancels the project mid‑process, or requests revisions outside the agreed scope
  • The client fails to provide required materials or feedback, causing project delays or abandonment
  • The client uses partial design outputs before full project completion
 

4. Refund Request Process

 
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or our customer support channel within 7 business days of payment or draft delivery. Approved refunds will be processed by Shuishun Department Store, Dangshan County to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
 

5. Revision Policy Included

 
All service packages include a fixed number of free revisions as stated in our service descriptions. Extra revisions beyond the limit will incur additional fees and are non‑refundable.
